I work with athletes, whether new to a sport, or veterans, using yoga postures and breath techniques adapted to to needs of today’s busy individuals.


Welcome to the website which I trust will be a source of inspiration and information.  My primary interest is the intersection of the ancient practice of yoga, and in particular, yogic breathing techniques, and today’s training regimens. TEAM GUINNESS at the Leadville 100...where they proved that a well trained team from the Midwest can hold their own with the mountain men. In fact, Mike Naughton and Aaron McCombs were the first two from Illinois to ever finish, and they did it in under nine hours! Flexibility For Athletes, Yoga, and Yogic Breath Work were part of their training which brings us to the reason for this website.
